Our stay at the hotel was an enjoyable experience overall. Being right by the beach allowed us to enjoy quality family time together with our two teenage children. The rooms, despite a minor issue, were cozy with a lovely wooden terrace. The service at Dusit Thani was exceptional, making our stay truly memorable. The location, while beautiful with palm trees and a main pool, did have some drawbacks. The dining options were varied and delicious, offering a good culinary experience. Overall, a good value for a satisfying stay.
The hotel offers elegant and spacious rooms filled with modern amenities and a lovely balcony with pool and sea views. The service, especially from staff members like Rada, Tay, Pass, Ritu, and Kau Fang, was exceptional. The location, with a private beach and a separate dining area offering additional drinks, was a real delight. The dining experience was a gastronomic journey with a diverse selection of dishes.
The hotel offers a clean and nicely renovated stay, but the rooms are a little old and need refurbishment. The service is exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially from Khun Kittipong and the pool and breakfast staff. The location is convenient with a touch of luxury, although dining options could be improved.
Staying here was like a dream come true! The rooms are perfect with a good view, always adorned with beautiful flowers, allowing our family of four to feel truly together. The exceptional service stood out, especially with their willingness to cater to my preferences like the coconut exchange. The location, though needing a bit of touch-up for a 5-star experience, offers a serene sandy beach and various delightful amenities like classic afternoon tea. The dining experience, while amazing, required a bit of waiting time. The facilities, from pools to lovely water features, truly added to the overall experience.
The hotel is a convenient choice with pool access, close proximity to the beach, and a friendly staff. While it may not be a 5-star standard, it offers a comfortable stay with easy beach access.
